• Scott Krous

    Division Manager

Scott Krous serves as the Division Leader for Callabresi Heating & Cooling, a division of Superior Contracting & Manufacturing Services Co. Scott began his career with Callabresi in 1999 after graduating from Manhattan Area Technical College with an associate degree in HVAC.

Starting as a service technician, Scott worked his way up through the company over the years, eventually becoming an owner in 2007. In 2022, Callabresi Heating & Cooling joined the Superior Contracting & Manufacturing family, expanding opportunities for collaboration across multiple trades while continuing to serve customers throughout the region.

Today, Scott leads the Callabresi division and oversees day-to-day operations, team development, and project execution. He enjoys working on unique projects that require creative problem-solving – from designing systems to seeing projects through completion and successful operation.

Scott is proud of the growth Callabresi has experienced over the years, including becoming the fourth-largest Trane dealer in the four-state region in 2025. One project that stands out involved redesigning a duct system for a manufacturing facility. By developing a new airflow solution, the team was able to solve the customer’s issue without the additional cooling equipment that had previously been recommended.

Scott values being part of a 100% employee-owned organization where employees take pride in their work and hold one another accountable to deliver quality service to the community. He believes the collaboration between Superior’s divisions creates tremendous opportunity to solve complex challenges and continue growing the company.

Scott lives in Salina with his wife, Sherry. They have three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the lake boating and water skiing, as well as volunteering in the community and through his church.
