I had a mini split heat pump system installed. Just did that today and it's working very well. It'll be a while to tell for sure. All the workmen were polite, knowledgeable and willing to explain what they were doing.

I called on a Sunday night before a holiday. A technician answered (that in itself was impressive) and said he could be over right after another job. He (I can’t remember his name) was over in 15 min. He had a great attitude, explained what was wrong, and got it fixed and running within an hour. I was so impressed by the entire experience, Callabresi will be my go to from now on!

The technician from Callabresi was prompt , very friendly, and got down to business right away. He tested our system and found it was 2#s low on Freon R22- checked for leaks and got her system running again!

Service was phenomenal! Honest, quick and reasonable price wise. Turns out, I may have to get a new AC unit though. We looked inside the evaporator and it was rusty and the drain pan was fused into the unit itself because of the older model. It’s old, so I may have to bite it to be replaced, but it’s an older home so I get it. But the company was great. Thanks guys!

Very cold day and furnace not working. My husband is disabled and its important he keep warm. They were able to get us on schedule and fixed the problem. So grateful

Our A/C froze up pretty bad to where it wasn't really working at all, and of course it happens when it's supposed to be in the 100s for a few days. So after a miserable night, I reached out first thing in the morning and got a very quick response. In no time they had a tech out to my house, checked everything out, made a couple fixes and you could immediately feel the improvement. My whole family is thankful for a nice cool house.

Emergency service over the weekend when the A/C went out. The technician came right away. I believe the rate was double, but he was quick and knew what he was doing. Thankfully in my case it was a simple fix with a cheap part.

Dalton, the tech that came out, was a solid person. He investigated the issue, went into the crawl space several times, and rectified the issue. It didn't appear that he inflamed the issue to something more than it was. I appreciated the honesty and that gave me a great feeling on him and the company. That makes me want to talk up the company to others. Addition: The invoice came from the company. The service call was standard, and the parts costs, .30 for one screw. The description was factual and complete. REALLY happy with Callabresi....

The tech arrived on time. He checked out the system plus the thermostat in the hallway on the main floor. He made sure the filter was in the correct way. When he was done he made sure everything was working correctly. He made sure the area was clean around the furnace before left. He asked if I had any question about the system. He said it was working good.

We just purchased a new air conditioner and furnace. Within a day of calling for an estimate, we had a date for install. The process went smooth. Everyone was great to work with. And after install all was cleaned up and inspected. Highly recommend Calebressi!
